Overview

NextGen - A leadership journey for the next generation of leaders in the Asia Pacific region.

In a collaborative move, the two Asia Pacific regions from DFK International and MSI Global Alliance are proud to launch NextGen - a 12-month leadership development journey designed exclusively for managers of firm/practice leaders.

Targeted at managers and senior professionals on the pathway to partnership, NextGen is a strategic blend of virtual sessions, peer collaboration, and an Asia Pacific in-person conference. The programme aims to equip future leaders with the critical non-technical skills, strategic mindset, and global network needed to succeed in a professional landscape.

With a focus on human-centered leadership, business development, and international connections, NextGen ensures participants are influential, future-ready leaders.
