We are excited to announce the launch of the DFK International Global Leadership Academy, a prestigious initiative designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of recently-admitted and prospective Partners of our DFK firms across the globe. We look forward to bringing together individuals who are both passionate about contributing positively to their organisations as well as the wider DFK community.
Global Leadership Academy is a transformative 2 ½ day immersive conference focused on leadership development for new Partners. As we are all aware, the skillset required to excel in a Partner role differs significantly from that needed in less senior positions. DFK's new programme aims to accelerate participants' career trajectories by equipping them with the tools to be successful Partners at DFK firms. Those involved in Global Leadership Academy will also work with DFK Board Members on-site to formulate DFK strategic direction.
