Strategic Alliance BNFIX & Co-Resol
The national network of professional firms BNFIX and CO-RESOL have joined forces to provide the innovative ETHICAL or REPORT CHANNEL for companies, organisations, foundations, associations and any other type of entity, regardless of their sector and size, located throughout Spain.

For its part, CO-RESOL is an ETHICAL or WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL which, unlike certain e-mails that organisations have been setting up for compliance and ethics purposes, complies with all regulations and generally accepted international standards. It is confidential, secure, very fast to implement and can guarantee anonymity. CO-RESOL helps organisations not only to comply with legal and voluntarily assumed regulations, but goes a step further in terms of transparency and internal cohesion, while enhancing the reputation of organisations.
BNFIX and CO-RESOL indicate that this year 2021 can be defined as the year of the whistleblowing channel. We are awaiting the transposition to our legal system of the European Directive that will oblige companies, apparently, with more than 50 workers and local administrations with more than 10,000 inhabitants to have a report channel with a series of requirements and CO-RESOL fulfils them in an easy, effective and efficient way.
Apart from the aforementioned European Directive, we cannot forget that our legal system already obliges certain subjects to have a whistleblowing channel. Let us remember that the Money Laundering Act has already obliged, since the end of 2018, multiple sectors of activity - beyond the financial sector - regardless of the size of the organisation, to have whistleblowing channels. Likewise, since 7 March 2021, Equality Plans are mandatory in all companies with more than 100 employees and must also include a whistleblowing channel.
