Shaw Gibbs Group announce four Partner promotions
Each became a Shaw Gibbs Partner on 1 November 2025 and will continue to strengthen their leadership capability through participation in the Shaw Gibbs Future Leaders Programme for newly promoted Partners.
Lucy Parry – Langdowns DFK, Southampton
Lucy joined Langdowns DFK as an Associate Director in 2023 following the firm’s acquisition of Parry Hancock, where she was a Partner. A Chartered Accountant who trained with PwC, Lucy brings over two decades of experience in audit and general practice. Her client portfolio spans from personal tax clients to fast-growing owner-managed businesses. Based in the Southampton office, Lucy is known for her hands-on approach and her ability to support clients across a wide range of sectors.
Leanne Humphreys – Shaw Gibbs, Sutton
Leanne has been with Shaw Gibbs (previously Harmer Slater) since 2007 and leads the Audit and Assurance department for the Sutton office. With over 15 years of experience in audit and a particular interest in advising overseas-owned entities, Leanne is highly regarded for her technical expertise and her collaborative approach with clients and professional partners. Her leadership has been instrumental in delivering timely, insightful reporting and maintaining strong client relationships.
Keely Harvey – Shaw Gibbs, Farnham
Keely joined Shaw Gibbs (formerly Wise & Co) in 2003, bringing experience from one of the UK’s top accounting firms. Her expertise lies in statutory audits, complemented by skills in accountancy, bookkeeping and corporation tax. Keely supports a diverse client base from innovative start-ups to established limited companies. She delivers a personal, tailored service that meets each client’s unique business needs. Keely leads audit training at the Farnham office, driving excellence in technical and ethical standards.
Daniel Crutchfield – Martin and Company, Winchester
Daniel is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser and joined Martin and Company in December 2023. He has over 12 years of experience in providing accounting and tax advice to landed estates and rural clients, with deep expertise in trusts, partnerships, and business tax. Daniel is particularly focused on tax-efficient succession planning and understands the unique challenges faced by rural business owners. He is based in Winchester and is known for his strategic insight and personable approach.
