Rizwan & Co (RCO), Chartered Accountants appoint Uzma Naeem (FCA) as Director of Quality Assurance

Team RCO is pleased to announce the appointment of Uzma Naeem (FCA) as Director of Quality Assurance. She has over 21 years of post- qualification experience which include 5 years of experience as Quality Control Reviewer with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and one of the Chartered Accountant firms of Pakistan. She joined the firm since 01 December 2023.

She completed her mandatory CA training of 4 years with member firm of NEXIA International in Pakistan and thereafter worked with some of the leading corporate groups of Pakistan as Manager Accounts, Manager Finance, Manager Corporate affairs, Group Corporate Seceretary and Chief Financial Controller.

The management of RCO added that: “In such a changing regulatory environment we as a firm need a proactive approach towards the risk assessment and response to risks, Monitoring and remediation and Practical implementation issues. Therefore, with the experience of Uzma Naeem we believe that our Quality Assurance department will not only strengthen but add value to the deliverable”.
