Niveus Legal steps up to a new level by teaming up with Halmos & Jánosi Law Office

New partnership of Niveus Legal | Halmos & Jánosi Law Office is born.

At the beginning of 2023, Dr Tamás Halmos and Dr Zoltán Jánosi, who together have 30 years of professional experience gained at a reputable international law firm, founded Halmos & Jánosi Law Office, and joined our Hungarian member firm, Niveus Consulting Group thus expanding the scope of legal services provided by the legal division of Niveus group with the fields of real estate law, corporate, M&A, data protection and dispute resolution. As a result of forming this partnership, Niveus Legal | Halmos & Jánosi Law Office was born.

Niveus Legal | Halmos & Jánosi Law Office operates in close cooperation with all other divisions of the Niveus Consulting Group, providing their clients with in-house access to tax, accounting, transfer pricing, audit, and advisory services in various strategic areas on a one-stop shop basis (now more than 50 experts).

The founders:

Zoltán Jánosi graduated from the ELTE Faculty of Law in 2006. After graduating, he worked for 17 years at a reputable international law firm, where he has been a senior associate since 2017. 

He has extensive experience in corporate and real estate law and advises his clients on real estate and leasing transactions, construction / real estate development matters, as well as complex corporate transactions, such as M&A, restructurings, and cross border transactions. 

Tamás Halmos graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs in 2011.  From 2010, he worked at a reputable international law firm, where he reached senior associate position before making the decision to establish Niveus Legal | Halmos & Jánosi Law Office with Zoltán. 

Tamás has significant experience in commercial litigation before ordinary and arbitration courts and other alternative dispute resolution forums. His further fields of expertise cover commercial law, real estate with special focus on condominium law, public procurement, and data protection.
