CBW has once again been awarded a One Star accreditation by Best Companies

The Best Companies accreditation celebrates excellence in the workplace, ranging from the overall quality of the organisation to the performance of the individual managers within it.

DFK member firm CBW has once again been awarded a One Star accreditation by the Best Companies award body, classifying them as ‘a very good company to work for’.

The Best Companies accreditation celebrates excellence in the workplace, ranging from the overall quality of the organisation to the performance of the individual managers within it. They help businesses identify great achievement with their accreditation standards and create league tables that list those companies which continually receive the recognition they deserve, nationally, regionally and within their sector. 

A one star accreditation is a significant achievement that shows an organisation is taking workplace engagement seriously. Awarded to organisations with a BCI score of at least 659.5, the One Star accreditation signifies 'very good' levels of workplace engagement.

This classification shows not only that CBW takes workplace engagement seriously, but that they are committed to making the workplace better for all their staff in every way they can.

CBW has been steadily climbing the ranks since 2022, when they were awarded 3rd place and within the regional rankings, they have have been named one of the best top 10 mid-sized firms to work for in London, coming in at an incredible number seven.
