Building in Brazil

DFK International is building on its presence in Brazil with the addition of a new member firm.

VACC has five offices in Brazil and specialises in accounting, audit, tax and business consulting.

Two of its offices are in the main cities of Saõ Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, while the others are located within cities in Saõ Paulo State, which represents around 35 per cent of Brazil’s GDP.

Fábio Benvindo founded VACC in 2009 and with three other partners, heads up an experienced team of around 66 staff.

Fábio said: “We are delighted to join DFK International as we believe it is an important step in the continued development of our company as it heads towards its 10th anniversary.

“VACC was founded in Saõ Paulo in 2009 and since then, its partners and collaborators have believed in the development of the country and actively participated in the building of a more transparent and structured business environment through its services.

“VACC established offices in important and potential economic centres in the country, positioned itself in the market as an audit, consulting and accounting company, and consolidated its position in the national and international mid-market, creating a structure directed to new clients of each sector and allowing an expansion of the firm’s business.

“Since being established, the company has grown each year and in 2017, achieved a turnover of R$ 7.5 million.”

Paul Panabaker, vice president of DFK Americas, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Fábio and the entire VACC team to DFK International.

“The expansion in Brazil is fantastic and we look forward to welcoming the firm at future conferences and to working together.  As the world gets smaller, having more smart friends is a benefit to DFK.”
