Moving your leadership forward - You As a Leader Workshop
Thursday Session
The two key areas of focus for the day will be:
- Developing self-awareness – understanding the personal preferences and individual styles that currently define how you like to work; how these might differ from others and where you might need to flex and how to create the space to lead.
- Develop approaches to help you work most effectively through your team through delegation, engaging, motivating and developing others.
Note – the coaching half day workshop will provide additional complimentary skills
Outcomes form the session:
- To have a greater self-awareness of preferences and behaviours and how these differ from others
- Creating the space for you to lead – what do you prioritise and how effectively do you delegate
- Understanding motivation and engagement, and identifying what you can do to support motivation and engagement

- To provide 4 “habits” for them to introduce into their role
