Member Firms in the Asia-Pacific Region have elected Young-il Koh, partner and Executive Director of WooRi Accounting Corporation, Republic of Korea, to replace Andrew Ma of Andrew Ma (CPA) Limited, Hong Kong, who is standing down at the end of his current term of office after many years service.

Also standing down after many years Board service is Enrico Nicolini of DFK Italia. He is being replaced as one of the Board representatives of the European, Middle East & African region by Antonio Fontana also a partner of DFK Italia and its Managing Director.

Latin American members have re-elected Juan Pacheco, De la Paz, Costemalle - DFK to represent them for a further three years.
